Why is dehydration harmful ?

More than half of our body is water, so it's no secret that we need water to live. If a person can go without food for several days at a time, their body will not be able to survive without water for more than three days. It is therefore vital to have an adequate supply of water if we want our bodies to function properly and maintain good health. Every cell in our body needs water, which is why dehydration is extremely dangerous and can lead to serious damage to our most important organs.

Everyone needs to drink enough water every day, with this intake being essential for people with a variety of health problems.

1. Water is an anti-inflammatory

Wateris necessary for our body for the lubrication of our joints. Lack of water therefore creates more friction in our joints, resulting in unnecessary and premature wear and tear on the joints. For people who suffer from diseases that trigger joint inflammation, consumption of water is necessary and, in fact, drinking hydrogenated water can reduce inflammation.

A lack of water in the body means that it will not be able to effectively filter impurities, such as uric acid crystals, which are responsible for inflammation and pain in the joints.

Uric acid exists in all organisms, even if they are healthy, because it is a waste product produced by various processes within the body. When we drink a lot of water and everything is working well, uric acid is diluted to a fairly low concentration and then our body eliminates this waste product through urine so that it does not produce damage.

2. Water is good for your kidneys

The dehydration is also not very good for our kidneys, important emunctories in eliminating toxins. Without adequate and regular water intake, the kidneys have to work much harder to filter out toxins and impurities, which can make them sick in the medium term.

It is also without considering that without sufficient water intake, uric acids cannot be eliminated adequately. In this case, the risk of developing sand and then kidney stones increases, which can be quite painful.

Also, not drinking enough water leads to weight problems. When you're dehydrated, your metabolism works more slowly, which means it's not as efficient when it comes to burning the calories consumed in food. So it's no wonder that all diets recommend drinking plenty of water every day.

3. Hydrogenated water to fight free radicals

Are you tired of drinking plain water? If so, you can always try hydrogenated water that not only contains the antioxidants your body needs, but also hydrogen, which can help your body fight the free radicals that damage our cells. Just be sure to choose the right hydrogenated water, as there are still generators out there using non-SPE/PEM membranes, an older technology. Drink enough water during this hot summer and try hydrogen water, it could change your life.

Each person should drink 8 glasses of water per day to maintain a good hydration level. But drinking water isn't the only way to get enough fluids into your body. If you eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, you'll add to your daily water intake.

Ydrogen20

Ydrogen2O is a bottle that gives you antioxidant water thanks to its hydrogen generator. Drinking hydrogenated water is ideal for preventing aging.

In our body, molecular hydrogen is mainly present thanks to water since a water molecule is made up of one oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms.
